We are proud to announce JJ Rutherford as our new Director, High Performance.
A California native, JJ brings an incredible blend of professional baseball expertise and academic credentials to our program. As a former player, scout, and coach, he has worked with Major League Baseball organizations including the Los Angeles Dodgers, San Francisco Giants, and Toronto Blue Jays, while also contributing internationally in Japan, Canada, and El Salvador.

In his current role with the MLB Nike RBI Program/Stella Olson Foundation, JJ designs structured training plans, leads coach development sessions, and develops 18U collegiate/professional prospect programs. He also helps international players secure U.S. university and professional opportunities, while supporting the growth of local youth baseball leagues.
